Food is great but poor customer service. When asked if they’d honor the coupons on the downloadable menu online, it appeared to be a No as someone in background stated it was for the Linglestown area. I advised No, it specifically states Mechanicsburg off Rossmoyne. Nice guy I was speaking to said the deal I wanted was on the in store menu and to just come in and take menu and give us the coupon. was excited today to get the chicken bacon ranch pizza, like usual. but today we walked in without being greeted even as we approached the counter. when I asked if he could make the pizza he grunted and so no he couldnt. not for 1 slice. which I said I would be getting 2 but he clearly wasnt interested. Didnt even apologize. just lost 2 more customers!

Italian delight owners are rude to the customers and make up their own rules as they please. I've experienced this multiple times as I've ordered delivery from them and picked up at the shop. They've definitely lost a regular customer today.
Working in the same business center as Italian delight, they have always been a for sure go to. With the occasional attitude from a stressful day, there hasn’t been many complaints. Until today when my co worker went to order delivery from them. She doesn’t get a break where we work, so she has ALWAYS ordered delivery, unless someone has been able to cover for the 5 minutes it would take for her to get there. Food is actually pretty good but holy hell the service is rude. Delivery takes forever and the guy on the phone is rude as all get out!
Their pan pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had!! Great family running the place and even better food!
Ordered the Tuscany chicken salad for lunch and had it delivered to my office in Mechanicsburg. Hands down one of the best salads I've ever had! Will be back!
