I used to work for Ico for a brief period while in college. Working with everyone was like an extension of my family back home. They were genuine people whom had a passion for what they do. They always used fresh ingredients and kept the store clean. I was glad I got to work for a family business like that. Very well kept with customer service in mind. Ordered $71 worth of food last night for our family and friends, it was the worst most disgusting pizza we have ever ordered! I tried to call and complain, but no one answered the phone! We had to order food elsewhere since ICO sent us pizza and wings that were inedible by all my guests! I was warned how downhill ICO has become regarding their food, but figured I would order anyway!
