I ordered my food yesterday for my husband to pick up by 4:00 today(Mother's Day). He ended up waiting close to 3 hrs. I called after 1 hr, and they said they had over 200 orders, and were doing the best they could and hung up on me. really don't understand what happened?? just that it was very upsetting to say the least. And then the food wasn't even that great. The rolls were rock hard. And was even missing a salad and chocolate fudge cake(my daughter was so upset). The bottle of wine they gave us was horrible! We placed an order at 1 oclock for a 5:30 takeout order today. My husband arrived at 5:15 and it is now 6:45 and our order isnt ready. People who placed an order yesterday for today were sitting there waiting the same way and people who ordered at 4 today walked in and it was ready right away. That makes zero sense. Its Mothers Day and not even an apology for the wait. Cancel my order please, thanks! I'm typically an Italian Affair fan. Not so much today...very disappointing.

Recommendedwe just got the family style chicken marsala and penne pasta for a family who had lost a loved one. they raved about it and we made their hard day a little brighter!
