Italia Trattoria is hands-down one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever dined at, and I lived in Italy for a year! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the owners always come by to make sure we are happy with the meal. 5 star establishment!
Today me and three guests tried to dine in for brunch, after a small wait by the lovely host we were sat. We waited about fifteen minutes enjoying conversation, planning drinks, and even know exactly what we wanted to order. Within that fifteen minutes the tables around us were helped, though we were not acknowledged, not a we will be right with you, not a drink order, not even a hello...
