To say I am disappointed is a vast understatement. I saw their Nissan Murano on sale on FB and reached out about lowering the price for a full cash sale as even FB said it was well above market value. They seemed very helpful and lowered the price by nearly 1k, said they’d throw in a 6 month warranty and everything seemed great. I purchased a used 2014 Honda Accord for almost $14k. I paid on time each month. I was involved in a non-fault accident and my car was totalled. I notified the car lot and that the insurance company offered me $5,000 for my car. He said he would accept it as payment in full, and sent it in a text. They are horrible and unprofessional! They sell lemons! They will take your money and tell you it's a good car but less than 30 days later the car will be broken down and they don't fix it but they will repo it!
perfect , nice and clean car , i am very happy about my vehicle , very nice people , late model vehicle low mileage , it was rebuilt but i save lots of money to purchase this vehicle , thank you
First of all I want to take the time to thank Eric for helping me get into another car this is my third car with him and I have never had a bad experience that's why I continue to come back to Ital auto once again he did a great job getting me into a car I wanted and payments that fit my needs . I would recommend him to family and friends.
Bought a 2007 exposition during test drive rear air suspension deflated.erick told me to drive it for a few days. If it kept doing it he would fix it . He was going on vacation he told me to call they would get the parts but now he says I have to wait till he gets back on 6/615 the ford dealership says it's about 3,200 to fix it but what he doesn't know about me is I talked to an attorney and between the both of us we will put him out of business oh the attorney is my daughter don't buy a skate board from these foreigners
They sale wrecked cars. They are all broken. Stay away.
they will get to you ,i got a 97 nissan it was a junker thats all they sell there just wrecks,please stay away from ital auto .when you first go in the speak english good but when you have problums like i did then they dont understand its a joke when u buy from them .ERIC will FU over big time .
