Straight garbage for a parts department. I give Donna a part number just to get an entirely different part with a different part number. Thomas will "My bad, bro" you to death and you have to constantly tell him what exactly you need. Unprofessional. Inattentive. Incompetent. Unsatisfactory. Choose a different ITA or go aftermarket.
Mario in the service dept is very unprofessional and has a serious attitude problem. We brought in one of our 2018 International HX615 for a service recall repair and possible a warranty repair on the dpf system, which is still under warranty. The rest of the truck is out of warranty. This is all that we authorized ITA to do. Our office manager, which is a female was coordinating the trucks in for these repairs.
