They used the phrase “Hilton 2 day fedex” when I purchased a gift card from them through my companies reward site and since I was really in need of receiving the item soon I spent the extra money for this option. I placed my order January 25th and then my order shipped a few days after that. The customer service rep informed me that since I ordered the 2 day shipping add on that it would arrive to me 2 days after the order reflects shipped in my account.
