I had to rent a Christie Roadster projector for an event we had in Nov this year. I called Alex from ITA literally after 5.00 pm business hours when they were closed. He took my call without even knowing me and HELPED us to get a projector for us for an event we had the next day. He and his Team got us the projector which is normally extremely hard to get and was helping us through the admin with patience and care.
