I've been working with ITA now for 4 years on an annual fundraiser and each year I absolutely LOVE them!! They are very knowledgeable in their services/products and seamlessly bring ideas to life from an AV perspective. ITA is a MUST for events because I know I can trust them. They're reliable, communicate effectively, and bring high level of professionalism from the 1st meeting to the event tear down. I had to rent a Christie Roadster projector for an event we had in Nov this year. I called Alex from ITA literally after 5.00 pm business hours when they were closed. He took my call without even knowing me and HELPED us to get a projector for us for an event we had the next day. He and his Team got us the projector which is normally extremely hard to get and was helping us through the admin with patience and care.
