IT Xpress is hands down the best. I initially contacted this company for assistance with a non functioning camera on my laptop. I received immediate assistance and my problem was solved. Upon further conversation with Mike; the Owner, in reference to other issues we were experiencing with our Computer, they were able to help. I was in a panic this morning needing IT support. I called 3 different Office Max’s, but nobody was available to help. I found IT Xpress on google and called. Mike took remote access of my computer and fixed my problem on the spot. He not only fixed my current issue, but explained other ways to make my computer run more efficiently. IT Xpress has now become my IT Support! I would highly recommend IT Xpress to anyone who needs and can appreciate personalized customer service.

Fixed my dirty phone port at no charge. Works great now and I know if I try to do it myself I would have bricked the phone and that would have cost me probably at least $1,000 I've brought many PC and laptop issues to them in the past and the work they do is top-notch and for a very fair price you get the best of both worlds.
