My experience with Nikki from “It Takes a Village” was very positive. She was attentive, a great listener, and very honest throughout our conversation. She took her time to make sure everything was clearly explained and easy to understand. I appreciated her transparency and the way she made me feel comfortable asking questions. Overall, she is very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Nikki was wonderful! After a life-changing accident, my wife was in the hospital for over six weeks. When it came time for discharge, the day kept changing primarily because of insurance I thought Nikki would give up on me because she kept lining up resources then I would have to change it. I’m very grateful to her and her team for helping me through this difficult situation.

Oh. My. Goodness. The response and helpfulness of Nikki Muller and her crew is remarkable!! My friend was dreading going to a rehab following a not-so-good week of hospital recovery after major surgery. She was only going to be more miserable there. Nikki and her excellent advice on WHAT to do & WHEN to do it, was spot on! Listen to her & take notes!! You will have no regrets!
