Lynn is the best they have my daughter loves Lynn, only unfortunately they do not accept our new insurance, shes 14 and wants to get back to see Lynn and doesnt understand nor will she speak to anyone else.
When I began to attend the office when it first opened it was a little rough, I guess growing pains! But I have returned and I am surprised at the turnaround. They have great therapist and wonderful APN. The front desk staff could still work on a few issues but generally I love the place. Our therapist really help my family move forward. In reading the other review, I have to say it is a new place and they are working to provide a very needed service to the people in the community.
I was afraid to go here after I read some of the reviews, but that has not been my experience, it has really help my family a lot, and they are the only ones in town that can get you right in

I been trying to call and make an appt. but I keep being told I'll call you back, its too busy. How long does to take to make an appt.? 1-3 minutes at the most.
i.e., This place is terrible! The owners of the agency are very ignorant and rude. There is a continued revolving door of employees at this agency. Starting with the receptionist, to therapist and supervisors. You never know if you are going to see your therapist or someone else. They only provide 30 minute counseling sessions but charged my insurance company for a full hour session. Poor customer service. JUST PLAIN TERRIBLE!
This agency is very unorganized and the staff is very unprofessional. This agency has a very high turnover in employees. You never know if you are going to have the same therapist or if you have to come in to tell your story all over again to another person. It appears that they have very poor management.
I scheduled an appointment only to have their receptionist call me and cancel and reschedule.Which is fine until I received a letter that I didn't show up to the appointment they canceled. Very poor communication when you try to sort it out. Seems like nobody there knows whats going on
