Pace’s support technicians should be commended for their service as of late. On several occasions, I have noticed instances where follow up communications have been sent a day or two after an issue was resolved, for the sole purpose to see if there are any lingering problems/concerns. I called IT Solutions about a pop up I was getting whenever I tried to use Outlook. IT Solutions e-mailed me right away and worked with me for an hour trying to solve the problem. Told me they would need to call me back to continue following up with solutions. The technician who helped me called me and e-mailed me several times, but I was not at the office to connect with him until the following day.
