Had terrible buzzing and monitors going on and off. Called IT, they were great! Got my problem fixed in no time and my rep was super nice and great with conversation!

Scheudling a call to fix my problem was super simple. I sent an email to the help desk and they got back to me quickly with options to set up a call. When they called they were super freindly and were able to fix my problem quickly.

Pace’s support technicians should be commended for their service as of late. On several occasions, I have noticed instances where follow up communications have been sent a day or two after an issue was resolved, for the sole purpose to see if there are any lingering problems/concerns.
