We recently needed the service from Orlando septic services and I will say, they did not disappoint. From the moment they answered the phone we were greeted with much respect and outstanding customer service. Not only that, the next day we had the greatest service provided to us by Grant and Alex. They were exceptionally professional, patient, and kind. Grant and Alex came out to pump our tank and were able to identify we had a filter that needed to be cleaned, despite 2 other companies saying we did not have a filter. They were friendly, pleasant, hard working and informative (we had a lot of questions). Thank you both!
Currently buying our first home and had a bunch of inspectors come by today to check out the house today. Alex and Grant were very friendly and professional while also being timely and efficient. They were able to answer any and all questions I had with detailed knowledge! Will definitely be calling back for any future services
I had Orlando Septic Services pump my septic tank. Grant and Angel were the technicians and they were great. They were very professional, efficient and even gave me some tips regarding maintenance. I will use Orlando Septic again.
I heard some gurgling in the system last week and called the office Monday. Kara got me on the schedule and two guys arrived after 1130 this morning to pump out the system. Alex and his partner were courteous and professional. They pointed out a few things and reminded me of preventative maintenance. I was appreciative of them being on time and handling my call with no issues. Make sure that we all tip the folks in the service industry. No one ever calls them for good news. Respectfully
