I originally used this company when we first bought our home 4 years ago for our inspection and pump out. I was impressed back then. This time I just wanted a pump out and Alex and Bill were amazing! This company is honest! They have a customer for life with me. Wanted add to my previous review…just had another pump out and wanted to give a shoutout to Alex and Deion! Another outstanding service! We purchased a home with a septic and called Orlando Septic to inpect the unit prior to our closing. They were on time and reviewed the 2 issues they saw. Once we closed on the home we called them back to come do the repair since the seller gave funds at closing to cover it instead of doing the repair. Orlando Septic completed the repair quickly and at the price originally quoted. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them.
