Over the past decade, I've used Orlando Septic for pump outs. Always quality service. Most recently, Joe, Sarah, Cody, and the team came out and installed a new septic system for me that was required by the county based on some modifications we wanted to make. From start to finish, this team is great to work with. What amazing service. Sincere, reliable, and compassionate. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Deran and Alex were very thorough and explained the potential causes. The "Other company" said I had a bad sump pump and it was $750 and tried to sell me $400 chemical on top of pump. Turnes out the pump was fine when Orlando Septic team came out checked it. Just a shorted cable. Thank you! I highly recommend them for ALL your septic needs.
Nothing but the highest regards - Exceptional company. I had the dreaded holiday experience. House full of family - system backed up late on Christmas day. Called 6:30 a.m. next day (to get in their voicemail queue). They returned my call within minutes and were on-site by 9 a.m. problem solved, for a mere service call fee, within an hour. They could have taken me for "a ride," but were honest and hard working. Alex and Deion were straight-forward, personable, intelligent, and customer focused men.
Joe and codi came out on short notice. Did a great job, very knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Very Happy with them, they came out in the same week, for a routine pump out of my office buildings septic tank, they were able to tell me where my drainfield was and that I had two tanks no just one tank, which the last service who came out told me it was only one and they were unable to identify the drain field. Would highly recommend and will use again!
