Bro ordered a boba and macaroon and the macaroon was cold and old. Boba was genuinely bland.
Their matcha is extremely bitter. We asked to change the drink and they refused. I asked for the manager, her name Roxy and she said they would not exchange the drink because we already tried it??? I explained to her that we didn't like the matcha because it's bitter. Her response was no exchange. Then I asked for a refund and that was granted. Go figure!

What happened to Greeting your guest at least! Yes you have self order kiosk but guest service BOBA TIME?! Got there 4:42 and order 2 drinks there was a total of 5 employees 3 guests before me waiting on lobby, received my drink until 5:18 really I don’t like to go to any other boba place because the drink quality is not good something about BOBA TIME ingredients is what makes it unique, but 33min for 2 drinks and not even a pleasant welcome or good bye made me feel like I was free loading my drinks and there is lots of re... read more
