Sadly, Randy was not able to recover the data that I very efficiently lost, but it was a pleasure working with him, nonetheless. He tried hard, was clearly disappointed with me, and charged only a nominal fee for his time. I'm grateful to have found him as a resource and would definitely call upon him again (although I do hope never to need to). Highly recommend. Thanks!
