I had both a pedicure and a manicure, both of which turned out well. It did feel a bit rushed, and I noticed that the cut ends of my toenails were not polished which was quite noticable since my nails are thick. Also two of my fingernails were shaped a bit wonky. These are small issues, but do separate a manicure into good instead of great.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I religiously get my nails done every two weeks and my nail tech had to cancel due to an emergency so I went to a salon close to home. The female did not do my fill but the gentleman did. The nail tech did not shape nails, fill the corners and then list could go on. I haven’t had to put my nails by a heater since I was a teenager. Have loved my experience at IT nails for over 1 year being a regular & loyal client of Vanny. All up until today when she refused to let me book an appt. with her because I was no longer a “regular”. I had my first baby in April and went a week before my due date, in May for Mother’s Day & then not again until July & I tried to book today. I missed two months with good reason of literally becoming a first time MOM and she just took me off her regular client list. Beyond rude & I will never give them business again.
IT nails has been amazing. I love how quick they are for my busy schedule, and their pricing is competitive. Vanny has been a lifesaver with my nails and I recently got a pedicure done and the attention to detail is above all else. I no longer have to wait around hours to get in for an appointment! I will always go to IT nails now.
