After receiving 3 bids we picked IT Landes to install our new summer/winter gas heater. The salesperson, Zachary Bauman, was excellent. He listened to what we wanted went over the pros and cons and came back with a perfect proposal. And by the way, was the only person that measured every room in our house. The install team of Brian and John were also true professionals. John (Wilcox) was here for 2 days and completed the entire installation to our great satisfaction. never used IT landes before until i had an emergency. they came out within an hour.mike was the tech name. he was awesome. professional. knowledgeable. fixed the issue. cleaned up. fair price
