After receiving 3 bids we picked IT Landes to install our new summer/winter gas heater. The salesperson, Zachary Bauman, was excellent. He listened to what we wanted went over the pros and cons and came back with a perfect proposal. And by the way, was the only person that measured every room in our house. We had a power surge damage our water softener and UV system. Mike did an excellent job getting the water softener repaired and determining that the UV system was toast. He had a new UV system ordered and did a great job on the install. Overall a great job.

Mike was very knowledgeable and figured out what was causing our low water pressure. He was very pleasant to talk to and showed me where the problem was, and how he would fix it. He also spotted a second problem that would’ve damaged the life our new-ish water heater.

Mike and Jacob did a very good job installing a new water softener. Mike was hugely knowledgeable about them and gave instructions as to how to use it. They also implemented a better strategy for handling the waste water that I was very pleased with. I certainly felt I had very competent people working here and would highly recommend them.

Mike and his associate Jacob did a wonderful plumbing inspection for me. I mentioned for them to check the sump pump which needed replacement and some repiping. They took care of this while they were here! They cleaned up everything after! They were so polite and friendly yet very professional, and explained everything and, offered other services in a way I could understand! I felt comfortable and appreciated their advice/suggestions and work! I would definitely call ITLandes again!

I want to thank Dean and the IT Landes home service team for doing a great job to quickly repair the malfunction blower motor in my home. Dean and the home service team act very responsively to my urgent need to restore the HVAC function in very short time period, from troubleshooting, ordering parts, scheduling and completing the repair. Dean is very patient to listen and answer customer's questions. I really appreciate the great service provided by Dean and the IT Landes home service team!

My sump pump stopped working regularly while we had a foot of snow outside that would require proper work of the pump as soon as the snow started to melt. When I called Landes they could send a technician the same day who took care of my pump and also made time for a leaking faucet. He left both work places in perfect condition. Mary-Lou who had taken my call and Scott who came to my house were very friendly and positive and took me through all steps very clearly - I enjoyed the interactions with both of them.
