This is the single worse place that I have ever done business with. He has had my daughters laptop for over 8 months. He lies about meeting at the location to return it. I’ve been hunting him down trying to get it back. He didn’t fix it. It was under warranty but not any longer due to this fool’s inability to follow through
Kevin took the time to respond to my initial reviews I had written that were based on my service experience up to that point in time. Kevin took the time to listen, offered solutions and we were able to come to a resolution. The service problems I was concerned about have been resolved. I am pleased with the results.
