When some friends suggested we check out ISweat Lodge I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. What an amazing experience! Kat explained the benefits of the wrap and set my nerves at ease. Yes, you are sweating like crazy, but surprisingly, it was a very relaxing experience. The "lodge" is very clean and calming place. I highly recommend it!
The owner, Kat is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable about the equipment and made you feel at ease. I felt 5 years younger leaving the sweat lodge. I highly, highly recommend "I Sweat Lodge."

This is my first experience with infrared body wraps and I love it! This place is super clean, the owner Kat is amazing, super knowledgeable about all the benefits and helpful. My skin both looks and feels amazing. On top of all that I get to catch up on my stories, loose weight, relax my muscles and detoxify my body! It's a must try!
First time experiencing the infra red awesomeness of iSweat Lodge! Vibrational Plates to break up my capillaries and circulation before sweating out all the toxins from my week! I loved the atmosphere, the experience and laying down relaxing watching Netflix while having the wrap do all the work was fantastic! You must give it a try!
