After my HTC One M8 stoped charging, I brought it in and they said they could fix it. The could not so they ordered a part which took five days to get there and then it took them longer than they said to install. After I got the phone back, it charged but now I could not use the speaker on my phone or plug any headphones into it. These guys are fantastic. I did the unthinkable and dropped my iPhone in water. I put it rice overnight and everything came back but the sound. I stopped by their store today, they fixed it within minutes and didn't even charge me for their time. Highly recommend me them. They made my whole day.

After having heard that this was the place to go to get glass replaced on tablet I brought my daughters tablet in for repair. They told me this would be no problem and likely should be done in about 3 days as it was being dropped off on the weekend. I got a call that Monday that the part he tried didn't work and that he would have to order and try another and if I had any question to call. My iPad stopped charging a couple months back and the Apple store wasn't going to do anything for me regarding my warrantee. The best they offered me was a $300 service fee. I was told it was my 30-pin connector. I consulted with friends and family on what I should do and my father told me about a place in Green Bay (I-Supply) that fixed iDevices. Terrible! fixed my shattered screen, then two weeks later it cracked on it's own! called them on the issue and they said it was the fitment and then pressure was too much for the screen to handle, I asked if it was under some kind of policy for me to get a new screen. They said no and I was forced to pay another $70 dollars for a new screen. now a month later it did the same thing and I'm not even gonna bother with another $70 screen that'll last a couple of weeks. Terrible quality and even worse customer support.

Will fix a crack on your screen, but will ruin your device. I paid $105 to get my screen fixed on my iPhone (which worked perfectly before I brought it in). When I got it back the phone shut off every two minutes. Called, said it was an easy fix. Had to bring it in, when I got it back again the battery still wasn't working properly. After SIX TIMES of having to come in, they told me they would have to give me a new device, which will have to be shipped to me since I live out of town. They did a great job on my I pad. I smashed the screen, and they replaced it in the time they said they would do it in. After reading the first review, to give me peace of mind, I did take a picture of my I-pad's model and serial numbers. I would defiantly recommend Isupply for anything you need fixed.
