Place is entirely booked up for weeks at a time. Receptionist was clearly uninterested in helping me figure out where to go to treat my sports injury.
The PT Chris does excellent trigger point releases to increase range of motion and reduce pain after an injury and clearly knows the protocols, so the only reason I knocked off a couple of stars is because I would expect more innovation at a university. It would be nice to be involved in my plan of care by being asked if I would rather warm up with heat packs or exercise, being encouraged to stop an exercise when it becomes painful, exhausting, makes me dizzy, etc. - instead of being told to do a certain number no matter wha... read more
