Amazinggggg customer service! The minute I walked in Ebony was kind gracious and informative. I felt very welcomed without knowing the pricing to do business here. I actually walked from another local storage unit because there was no one on site for about 10 mins of waiting so i decided to stop by this storage instead and committed to storing my business items here. I later met Nate and was also welcomed with great energy! The prices were better than competitors around the area!
I have had a unit with them for years and it really is a fantastic facility. Everyone there has been helpful and kind (Ebony, John, Chris, and J- (I am sorry I forgot your name!)). Facility is very clean. It is an old building, so initially it doesn’t have the facade of crispness of a place with a newer building, but it is kept _actually_ cleaner than any place I’ve stored.
