1 Star to Post because I am trying to SAVE YOUR LIFE here!!! This was the absolute worst storage experience I have ever had! I strongly advise you to go elsewhere until iStorage and Public Storage hire individuals to service their new customer agreements. I purchased sight unseen with iStorage due to misinformation of their customer service representatives, only for Public Storage to take over 3 days later.
