Lease says you provide lock and key. Can’t find any details on the lock and key so called their call center. Said that you get the lock and key from the office. Saturday office hours are 10-5. Went there at 10:08 and door is locked. No one is working on a Saturday. Also secured facility? Gate is wide open every time I have been to this place.
Yvonne was extremely helpful. She helped me figure out which size unit I needed and was very patient with me. She made the whole process very easy.
Lady at the front desk was so outgoing and accommodating. I also love the location as it's close to home.
