Since Michelle has taken over the location haven’t had any issues. She is very attentive and is always willing to help.
I had a terrible experience with this storage unit. For starters they only have like 3 or 4 cameras for the whole unit,which is not enough for such big place. Next it seems like they have people living there which makes me think they know about it and know what goes on in there. Several units have been broken into several times in the climate control area,which requires a code to enter and it never seems that the lock has been tampered with.
