I am so thankful Kylee is still the Property Manager through this transition to Public Storage. She is so sweet and so helpful. She makes it worth staying at this facility. She deserves a raise hands down
I had a great experience with Public Storage, thanks in large part to Kylee. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to understand what I needed before helping me choose the right storage option. She was friendly, professional, and made everything simple and stress-free. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for storage.
One of the staff felt the need to speak rudely and tactlessly, demanding we punch in the code before driving through the gate. She could have been polite, but instead chose to vent her anger. I don't know what she's going through, but she makes this company look bad.
The property manager at public storage on Folsom Boulevard in Rancho Cordova is by far one of the best I’ve ever worked with. She’s top-notch and she gets a 10+ rating. If only more business had individuals like her working for them, there would be better businesses out there.
Staff was very nice and if there was a problem they helped fix it right away great people
