I needed a short-term rental. I rented until Feb 2026 through June 2026. Introductory web special is a scam. The until had snow piled up in front off it and on the handle after we were told, "it is all ready for you". Second month of rental - rate hike. When we went to remove the items in June. Our unit was clean and dry. No musty smell at all which I have encountered in past storage facilities. Friendly service. Be aware that there is no office at the Vermont Ave. location - you must go to the Stone Mill Rd. location if you need to see someone in person. Recommend.

I had such a great experience at iStorage! The property manager, Amanda was incredibly sweet and personable, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel welcome and completely comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciate her kindness and the extra care she put into helping me. Highly recommend!
