I'm looking at moving to the area and will need a storage unit. Jacob was so nice and professional and answered all my questions when I called.
Jacob was very accommodating and knowlegable of his location. The property is clean. He walked me through every scenario I confronted him with. Answered every question politely and respectfully. I also had questions about the State avenue location rental, and he stated he works there two days a week to cover the gaps. I had my doubts but Jacob seems to cover the area with an iron 👊
Stopped by to inquire about a unit after my uncle's passing. Jacob was very knowledgeable. He made sure I was confident and accommodated. Know his facility very well. Keep up the great work Jacob!
