With what became a confusingly expensive reservation and move-in, Ana quickly turned into a convenient, and considerate experience! She was able to track how the process began, and followed it straight through to the refund in my account. Ana has been such a blessing, in what would have otherwise been a nightmare. I appreciate her willingness to figure out the situation, as well as her ability to see it corrected. Customer Service, and Satisfaction - is an understatement! Thank you, Ana!
Kind of weird reservation and I was over charged.

I wouldn’t rate them a 1 star if I had option very bad experience. They don’t know how give proper instructions how get inside the storage bulding they made me need pay 80 cause I was there 2 hrs no help and couldn’t get in 🤬
