The attend was very helpful n understanding.
This place has really fallen thru the cracks, NO on-site management at all, it's a mess, Restroom facilities are in horrible condition & never clean. They really need some on sight mngmnt ASAP.
Unfortunately this facility has really gone down hill drastically since Andrew & Michelle have left. There's no one there to take care of anything. And unfortunately I've seen quite a few people move out due to steadily increasing rates.
Excellent customer service! Michelle, the property manager was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend for your storage needs
