Emily was very helpful and went the extra mile to take care of our needs.
I have been trying to get in my unit and I haven't been able to reach anyone in the office. I was told the staff was waiting on the keys that have been ordered . It's been another month. There's always some excuse that I am told so I can not get into my unit. I haven't had access to my unit for a year. I also rented another unit so I can move my belongings ( since I was given the wrong size unit) and was upset that I wasn't able to move my stuff over the holidays. They charged me for both units and than rented out the new un... read more
