Already hate the new company contacting this company is awful . always hold on hold then i got charged more on my bill last month for some reason gonna be leaving this place shortly . so disappointing was so good before .
They made a mistake on paperwork and locked me out of my unit for months. By the time they "corrected" the issue, my unit had been broken into and practically all the contents stolen. No cameras, no report to the local PD, nothing. The police told me, "that's weird, I know they have cameras there." Go figure.
Came in to price check and Capree at the Derby St Hingham location was more than helpful, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend this location. Capree is amazing ! Thank you for all your help Capree….I would highly recommend.
