Wonderful staff, great storage units, and amazing prices
Online reservation was easy. In-office staff, Zack was courteous, friendly, patient, and accommodating, and respectful. I gave 3 stars bcz I haven't moved in yet, but after my initial tour, the elevators need to be cleaned and painted. Otherwise, they are high functioning and easily accessible to the clean hallways & units. I'll update my rating after I've had more experience with my rental.
At first I really liked how this place was set up, it felt secure and clean and the staff was friendly when I first came in. However, it’s been 5 months and I’m planning to switch storage companies for these reasons: - The entry doors have each been broken at some point, allowing unsecured access to the inside of the warehouse. Didn’t want to help me get a cart to load my stuff on. They told me to go look for one myself. Had to load my stuff on the elevator and carry it to my storage unit.
