Don't rent here, this is by far the worst place to keep anything. I had a storage unit broken into twice while I was there. Managers wanted to blame me for it getting broken into. Didn't want to show me the video and when they finally did I was going over everything with them saw the vehicle that had broken into my unit. I rented a 10x20 storage unit, left my things on a Friday at noon and the next morning more than half of my belongings had been stolen.
The little mexican boy at the front desk is awesome. And a(little cute) 😏
I would not use iStorage St. Louis Park again. Monthly prices rose quickly and often. For the first two years or so there were potholes all over trying to navigate to your unit. Finally, new management came in and things seemed to improve. However, the last part of my time there was very frustrating. The last month I rented a space I moved from a larger unit to a smaller unit. I talked with the manager and he said it was fine and he would take care of it.
