Terrible. We showed up one day to grab something out of our storage unit and it had been broken into. No one had notified us. We were leaving town the next day. Customer service which goes to the umbrella company off site said they would give us a new unit (bc the whole lock app around been broken off) but we didn’t have time to move it. Manager seems to never be available. Turns out this is a major problem at this facility. Do not leave your stuff here.
Others leftovers, mice excrement, dead mouse. This was the cleanest unit.
over run by homeless and management is doing nothing.
