1. For a 5x5 unit rent went from $42 to $73 a month in less than 3 years. That is a 75% increase (!!!) with no explanation or reasoning behind it. All this while advertising cheaper rates to new customers. (see screenshots) 2. The facility was sold to Public Storage in July of 2026, which is ironically right before they charged my credit card for rent without my authorization.
