Visited storage office today - talked to Willie. He was able to fix a few problems that have occurred since recent merger. He was very helpful and personable. Thank you, Willie, everything is up to date!

This place used to be 24 hours but after being bought by public storage now closes at 10. My rate went up and they took out the water fountains. Paying more for less is awesome.

These people are scam artists. They bought off the company where I'd been storing my things for months. They changed the payment date right before I moved out of one of my units and refused to refund the balance that they owed me. Not only that they tried to claim I owed them money even though I have proof of my move out. Not only that, as soon as they took over they raised my storage rate. Total scam.
