iStorage was a safe facility, and I had no problems or worries of my items being stolen or storage unit broken into during my tenure there. However, the unit that I rented was supposedly a “climate”controlled” unit, but each time I entered, it was the same temperature as outside. The lights in my specific hallway were frequently broken, which made it difficult to move things in and out. My biggest feedback overall is the lack of climate control in my unit.
