This used to be a nice storage place until public storage assumed the management of the property. They increased everyone's rates and provide no services for your money. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!! Horrible customer service now with the Public Storage acquisition--I cant even get in touch with them after a week of trying. Listen to a 5 minute message on the phone about the acquisition and then it won't even transfer to speak to anyone when you press the number for the property manager. Is this how Public Storage operates all their locations? Stay away from this location if you want to actually speak to anyone about anything. EDIT: Oh except Sales will pick up in less than a minute. so far so good. i did run into an issue with the unit being wet, the ceiling was sagging, leaking, and holding a lot of water. the woman on duty got me a better unit that was nice and dry in another building.
Posting 2 stars so this review doesn’t get taken down. This is the WORST business in Calvert county. Horrible customer service, they’ve hung up on me before, our price doubled in less than a year. Whatever you do AVOID THIS AWFUL STORAGE UNIT AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are so many others to choose from who won’t lock you out with their broken gate, hang up on you when you call their customer service line and double your price in less than a year with no end of price increase in sight.
