Posting 2 stars so this review doesn’t get taken down. This is the WORST business in Calvert county. Horrible customer service, they’ve hung up on me before, our price doubled in less than a year. Whatever you do AVOID THIS AWFUL STORAGE UNIT AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are so many others to choose from who won’t lock you out with their broken gate, hang up on you when you call their customer service line and double your price in less than a year with no end of price increase in sight.
From the Regional Manager, Reggie, to the team member, Leslie, the staff was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us secure exactly what we needed on very short notice. They made what could have been a stressful, last-minute decision a seamless and hassle-free experience. Their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. I would highly recommend this storage location to my family, friends, and anyone looking for outstanding service.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Istorage in Prince Frederick Maryland. I reserved a unit and after a week they canceled it, even though it showed June 25, move in day. When I called to pay for it they already gave it away! They told me that they had another unit that I could rent, but it was a lot smaller than the one I needed…well, I took it anyways because I needed somewhere to put my things but the day after I charged it, they called and said the unit had a leak in it and that they only had a larger o... read more
