ZERO STARS FOR THE FACILITY AND OWNER. UPSTAIRS IN BLDG 4 FOR MANY YEARS, ELEVATOR NOT IN SERVICE AT LEAST LAST 3 YEARS. It is shameful of them to continuing to raise rent every year when customer is unable to access larger items without hiring help. Manager is nice but unable to make any change to situation. DISGUSTED AND STUCK

Just got my unit 2 months ago and still no elevators working. Ended up accidentally breaking my $850 washer carrying it upstairs because no elevators and I had no where else to put my washer. Also found human feces in the corner of my building was wondering why the place started to smell really bad in this heat. Update: It’s been about six months since I’ve had my unit and the elevators are still down. It’s ridiculous 2nd update. The pavement has potholes you can drop a car in. The staff is quite nice. It is pricey and not climate controlled.
