Front office thankfully had a person in the office, two other storage locations in the area didn’t have people there. Jen set us up with a good deal and a good unit. The grounds are challenging to drive in so it’s good to tour and see where your locker is first

Rented at this location for around 5 years and the difference since Jennifer has taken over as property manager has been astronomical. The property feels safe and is so much cleaner. Every time I come here she is out on the property working and cleaning and maintaining everything.

Went to this location to look at some units but it seemed like the office was closed. I came back the next day and spoke with the property manager Jen. She explained that a lot of time she is out on the property working and not in the office. There’s a lot of cleaning and maintenance that she has to do on the property but there’s a customer service department that can always get a hold of her when she’s working on the property and not in the office or customer service can handle most things that someone would need as a tenan... read more
