Mike, the manager, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Really appreciated his help.
I have been a customer of this location throughout its many different owners for the last 14 years. The buildings have always been clean and well maintained. Not today. Building A smells like a hot nursing home now. Someone may be storing something that smells very bad in there. Pease fix it. After only 2 weeks all my clothes smell so bad I have to wash everything that has been stored in that building.
Attendant never there when I try to sign my lease
The facility was decent, I found it strange they didn’t have a single trash bin available. Our monthly rent went up like 20% after the second month which was crazy. The gate is just for show, hasn’t worked in a few months. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad we only needed the unit for a year.
