The facility was decent, I found it strange they didn’t have a single trash bin available. Our monthly rent went up like 20% after the second month which was crazy. The gate is just for show, hasn’t worked in a few months. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad we only needed the unit for a year.

We needed a unit same-day for a home repair scenario. iStorage was fast, affordable and professional! Our unit is perfect and the manager made the whole process easy. 5/25/26 Update: While the facility remains clean and well maintained, we had a very *very* difficult time getting help to downsize our unit. Rates raise regularly; a disclosure email is sent each time but good luck getting help if you'd like to downsize or move out.
