Management is great here.
Please do not bring your items to this unprofessional place. I informed the property manager that I would be moving my items out of the unit only to be told that the locks were changed. What reason would they have to be in my unit without my permission. I spoke with Patrick about unlocking the unit because evidently they didn’t know the property manager would not be at the location. Very clean and nice area
The process was so smooth it's very well kept very secured. The manager there was so knowledgeable and kind it was the best experience I've had at a storage area ever. I definitely recommend iStorage, I will not store anywhere else ever again.
