SCAM! Do not get a storage unit here. Highly unprofessional. Rented a unit and showed up and it wasn’t the right size and it was already in use. No one is ever in the office to help when it says it’s open. Can’t get ahold of an actual person on the phone to cancel account and get help. Now I’m being charged for a until that I don’t even have. Absolute scam!
They had almost a week to remove a padlock so I could move in...apparently that was too much to ask. Local mgmt doesn't answer or fix problems either...I guess they just create them. What a joke.
