Horrible experience. After receiving a recommendation for a space to occupy a 1 bedroom apartment, I show up at the facility only to find a "little people's" storage space w/ a door that I could not move any piece of furniture into. And once I called into customer service to try to get accommodations to fix the issue, I was told by A Supervisor that 'they have no way to know the size of the door that they promote and sale to the public'.
