Public Storage recently purchased the Sarasota NSA facility on Beneva Road where I rented space. I was apprehensive as they wanted a digital transaction and I'm a face to face person. Fortunately for me the manager Robin stayed on and effortlessly steered me through the transition. If it wasn't for her I would have rented elsewhere. If I had a business I would poach her in a minute.

I just started renting at this location just days before Public Storage bought this location. Through training and transition, Robin has been very helpful getting me setup, answering all my questions and helping me with my lock and key set up. Not to mention, she is just overall all a pleasant and kind lady to interact with. I am happy that I picked this location to store my belongings.

I stopped by for a plumbing job, so I can’t speak on the storage units themselves, but I can say Robin was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very helpful, and easy to talk to. Great customer service goes a long way!
