I paid for our storage with my card so it took my BFs reservation an deactivated the phone and gate access because im guessingthe would let us proceed until it was fixed.. so I asked that they refund me and I would just turn around and re- rent in.my name Five min later I was given the locker # and the gate code. we were moving and need to be out by Sat. WED A.M. we rent to the unit. This office was closed on Wed and Thur for Th a nksgiving. gate code worked perfectly.. we approached our unit only to find a lock on the door.... read more
