I would have given food 5 stars but came out cold
I had an amazing dinner at Istmo’s Oaxaqueño Restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. You can really tell they care about the quality of the food.What really made the night stand out, though, was Filimon. He was incredibly attentive from the moment we sat down, always checking in without being overbearing and making sure we had everything we needed.
