I had an engine warning light come on, so I brought my truck to I-State Truck Centers. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Went there with trailer lights not working had diagnosed for almost 5 hrs and was told that needed to change ssam module because it was acting up. 5 days later luckily part didnt show so I bob tailed the truck to calgary after paying $1000 dollars american. Told my mechanic all this and told him to change ssam module. He said he wanted to check the wiring and the plug himself before he changed ssam module because its like 2500 dollars just for the part and when he checked he found 2 wires rubbing and burnt out and once he ch... read more

Kent and his service support team did a spectacular job in handling my RV issue. They were professional and prompt in everything they did and got the job done in a minimal amount of time, which got me back up and running and on the road again.

Came into have an airbag on a trailer replaced they had to order the air bag didnt inform of the delay then they pulled in another customer truck and finished the repair on that truck before finishing mine 4 hours to replace an air bag is ridiculous and no communication is even worse

Really Expensive and Overcharging.They Charge $1035 only to Change Starter that's the Labour Cost.They Priced the Starter Cost $700 but I got from Volvo only 485. And My Truck breakdown within 1Mile distance from their yard.In Beginning I told them it's the Starter Problem but still they waste More than 2 hours Just to diagnose.
