I am moving and in need of a rug in my new home. I ran out to the store on my lunch break as I live in the area to see what they had as I would prefer to support a local business rather than buy online. Well they just lost a customer. I am a white, female and went shopping by myself. I looked at one rug and the sales person (a male) told me to "come back when your husband is available" and then he would show me more rugs. Do NOT patronize this business: shady, underhanded, non-responsive. I bought a small rug for $300, and was assured over and over that I could return if it didn't work (I was uncertain about the colors). When I went to return it the sales person started backpedaling and claimed I only had 2 days to return, which he did not mention during the purchase. We had the best time in Istanbul Rug Bazaar and we went home with couple of carpets with un believable deals and they made our home beautiful !! Highly recommended . Customer service is excellent !!! Ramadan is astounding, so knowledgeable about everything ...
an amazing selection of gorgeous rugs in beautiful colors; they are all one of a kind, all hand-woven and you won't get a better price anywhere in the northwest!! Plus Mehmet will give you turkish coffee while you shop!
This place is amazing. Great selection its like a museum and the employees are very knowledgeable.
