We love this place! Mehmet is so kind. Always sharing a little something at no charge so you will try something new. Try the Donor (kabob) plate. Delicious!!!
Authentic Turkish food just like I Had when I was stationed in Turkey actually maybe better!
Never had a bad meal at Istanbul. Yesterday was no exception! Awesome flavors, large portions, and very friendly service. And, don't leave without having the Turkish coffee. You'll never find a better cup of coffee. And, if you see Grape Leaves on the specials board...ORDER THEM!! So good!
We're lucky to live amongst some of the best Restaurants in Nashville. Instanbul is definitely one of them. The food is always fresh and delicious!!
We love this place! The owner is absolutely charming. My husband was rubbing one of the old lamps. The owner saw him, laughed, and said, "it doesn't work!" I swear he IS the genie, because his food was great, the tea perfect, and dessert was delightful. What more could you wish for?
